Pros

This company has a pension plan which is nice if you decide to make a long term career over 15+ years before that it isn’t worth anything.medical benefits are mediocre at best especially if you aren’t a supervisor.

Cons

This is a union based company and the supervisors all work on a “rated” scale against each other. Because of this everyone is trying to throw someone else pr some other team under the bus to make themselves look better no camaraderie or friendship dynamic in this work place. There is a new union contract every 2-3 years which stirs the place up and puts everyone in a defensive mindset.
