Cons

Not very many, other than a set pay scale through an apprenticeship of 4.5 years. You’d have to really be a glass half empty person to pick out many cons.

Great to earn money and shift pattern. Benefits are great here.

Cons

Depending on your luck, if you get good or bad team members or supervisors. Steep learning curve were certain seniors expecting you to know 5-10 years worth of knowledge within the first year. Unreasonable expectations.
