Pros

Talented technical people. Unfortunately many of the good ones are quitting leaving behind bloated and incompetent management. No pros left.

Cons

Shipping 30-40% technical jobs overseas. Their facilities will become unreliable, inefficient, and unsafe to work in very soon. Not a good company for technical people yo work fore. Stay away.

Pros

Good overall benefits: pension, 401k with 7 matching, education refund, medical insurance, product discount (gas 8%), restricted stock after certain classification level.

Cons

Salaries are low in comparison to competitors. Women are not paid the same as men. If you are an engineer, you get paid better than if you are a lawyer or an accountant. Having an MBA doesn't grant you abetter salary.
