Pros

The company has competitive compensation and a high performing, professional, and kind culture. The people are smart and hardworking. They prioritize folks career development and it is a great place to be to see upward momentum and salary increases.

Cons

However, the benefits of working here are continuously eroding. Expat and relocation benefits keep shrinking, health and dental plans get worse, and workplace flexibility (ie the ability to work from home as needed) is getting much stricter. I worry about

Plenty of resources in place, including very experienced technical folks in the office that are willing to impart knowledge on complex technologies. Flexible work hours, no micromanaging.

Cons

Supporting day to day site operations remotely is challenging, expectations are quite high.
