Pros

40 hours PTO. If National holiday is on weekend you'll receive as a + Vacation day. Great name in your CV. They hire fresh starters.

Cons

Not so good money compared to other Oil Companyies. 5 days Home Office /month, and you cannot take just mondays/fridays. Flexibility is possible but the same restriction as Home Office( you cannot use it for example every monday from 10:00-12:00) Terrible Management, they cannot say no to upper Management, but they will say no to your request without hesitation. Due to the huge fluctuation in people, the knowledge is lost, it is possible to get a Position where there is no Person anymore and you have to learn everything from an outdated desk manual. Budget cut even if the Company has record income.

Cons

It is very hierarchical, has lots of bureaucracy, and no flexibility to work from home Lack of bonus for having meals (usually companies pay it even for interns) No diversity
