Pros

Decent salary and benefits package. They never aim to be the highest paying, so you can find better.

Cons

Very little support for training. Supervisors rotate in and out frequently so nobody really lives with the consequences of their decisions. Your supervisor will quite possibly have zero experience in the discipline you're in. Heavily outsourcing jobs to low quality offshore operations. Will patronize you and say that it's a good thing for your career that it's happening, but it's BS. Moral at a very low point across the company, at least state side.
