Great place to learn.

Pros

Great experience. Good training. Interesting projects. Decent compensation and benefits, but neither are as good as they used to be.

Cons

Employee morale is at a all time low after many rounds of layoffs, retirements, and workload doubling, with no pay increases except for the top ranked group. The forced ranking system is rigged to select certain people for benefits to the exclusion of the majority, that selection based upon personalized criteria and not based upon quality, quantity, talent, or depth of work product generation.

Pros

Great place to learn with opportunities to see all aspects of oil and gas production. Engineers did a great job of getting the interns involved and teaching day to day operations.

Cons

Only con was the complaints heard about the ranking system.
