Pros

The only thing that keeps most of us not resigning yet is probably our good friends here. It’s a good environment.

Cons

Very basic benefits. For big company that makes HUGE profits, they give us NOTHING but just a slightly higher increment, incomparable to other companies though. Very cheapskate company. Our salary is not even that high considering it’s one the top companies. It’s very competitive among employees, I heard if your performance is not extraordinary good, you still don’t get good increment.
