They are actively telling employees they are overpaid, lucky to have a job, benefit cuts aren't coming back, are doing everything they can to send jobs to India, and if you aren't a yes man you are going to get laid off. Management prioritizes brown nosing "woke" band kids over people who actually deliver results.
