Pros
Work with very intelligent, smart and nice people in the company. 2 months fixed bonus. Chance to travel overseas if you support global users. Alot of trainings and resources that are for free. Good place to build interpersonal skills.
Cons
Super hard to get increment. Expect to have alot of night meetings. Salary not competitive as other IT companies. Expect to be overloaded with work. Management has started to become political. Performance assessment follows a very cruel system. Wfh flexibility depends on your boss, my boss expects us to be in office 5 days a week unless there is a very valid reason to wfh.
