Fuel Card , Good quality of life, travel opportunities, great opportunities C suite jobs are very difficult to come by and almost impossible to develop for

Cons

Old/Fossiloid workforce, clash of generations at times, low celing in regards to oay would make sense to leave for investment banking or an E&P that will offer more perks and a better wage

Good people. Great benefits. Great cultural blend. Mangers appreciate employees for their unique personality. There is plenty of room for growth if you have the desire.

Cons

Lack of sleep. Too many demands in a single day. No help when you lack understanding. You have to be a self starter or you will definitely fail.
