      Ranking process is very individually driven, causing employees to stab each other in the back or create schemas to move up on their careers; No big challenges on the software development side Everything takes a lot of time to change Innovation is difficult when one has to get a lot of approvals and the approvers may not understanding the technical impact of such innovation
