      The Future Looks Great.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed working with Exxon for several reason, but my main one is the ability to implement change. Senior management is much more inclined to listen to upgrades and changes involving safety, which in the long run and save $$ for the company. The ability to transfer job locations is great as well.

      Cons

      Time away from family for some jobs is something of a bummer, but just means I have to plan ahead to schedule travel home and to locations where my family can meet me.
