Great company to work for

Pros

Global corporation with strong technological and financial foundations, operational excellence and comprehensive employee development process providing multi-faceted long-term career progression and rewarding learning opportunities everyday. Three words to describe it: safety, meritocracy and brainpower.

Cons

Things take time here, corporate culture is historically conservative and risk averse. This can be seen both as pro and as con, however may not reconcile well with millennial attitude to get everything here and now. The focus on rational reasoning, facts and analytical approach should not be abandoned in any case, but faster decision making is vital for maintaining competitive edge and retaining top talents.
