      Pros

      There's room to grow with the company, but honestly it isn't worth it. You get paid a little more to do a hell of a lot more work

      Cons

      There's room to grow, but the management positions are given literally to anyone. No degree is needed. No qualifications need to be met.

      Pros

      ergo brakes and special attention to employees' health, good social commitments, very good in-company trainings, free language courses after 6 months, facilities for sport activities, very good office environment..

      Cons

      too much phone calls plus accounting work, month-end tough, many times you need to wait for your collegaues to receive answers to customers' problems, many times you can't help directly to the customer, you're just the postman between the internal offices and the customer.

      Job stability since the oil, gas and chemical industry is currently thriving.

      Cons

      No one seems to know where there career is headed. Way too much secretive behavior concerning potential employee development and opportunities. Not knowing where your career is headed is ridiculous. Pay is good but is still relatively lower than some of the other major oil companies.
