Pros

Lots of useful trainings. They want you to fit in. Good location, close to the city center. Multicultural environment. Long tem corporate vision. Chance to work abroad.

Cons

Huge, I mean really huge open office. Hard to focus on your things, because the constant noise. Very bureaucratic organisation. Changings for the changing. Classic matrix method in reporting and responsibility.
