Pros

+ Truly multinational environment + Interesting business with a wide variety of potential opportunities + Great work/life balance outside of month-end close + High turnover (people coming into and from teams frequently) + Protection from senior management

Cons

- Quite rigid and hierarchical - High turnover (can barely get accustomed to new faces as people are given new assignments rather frequently) - Protocol and hard copy documentation might be a big chore to handle daily especially depending on local legal archiving requirements (eg: Norway, Turkey)
