Pros

Flexibility sometimes. Work from home.

Cons

The managers and supervisors are a mafia group that work for some years there and mainly czech women. Totally incompetents, inventing proyects that not go to any place but good excuse or justification with upper levels in USA and they are untouchable. They don't value people. Highest rotate percentage. Poor training. The unique way to go up is to resist 3, 5 years or more , not for capabilities. Low salaries
