Pros

Great experience (4th internship) where I got to experience what it was like to be a full time employee. Great projects and opportunities. Amazing pay.

Cons

If you have the misfortune to work at one of the heritage mobile sites, you will always be looked over for capital for Baytown. Work/life balance can be difficult.

Pros

The stability of the com and safety culture are by far the most attractive aspects of the job. There are lots of career opportunities for those who are driven and understand the system and culture of the company.

Cons

Forced ranking and lack of job postings are by far the biggest down side. It takes focused alignment in order to ensure what the company wants is what the employ wants.
