Pros
Multicultural environment, lot of trainings provided, good start for graduates. Good location in central Prague, modern office and equipment.
Cons
Difficult corporate culture, too much concentrated on safety (to the extent of absurdity), very american management style not suitable for local conditions, more than your performance is appreciated your participation on projects (which are often quite silly). Most of the positions are basic level positions. Suitable for graduates but not for senior professionals and ambitious people. Work life balance is good in some positions, in other it's terrible, the distribution of workload is very unbalanced.
