      Good company to have on your résumé. Chances of exposure and rotation around the company is good. Internships stipends for ExxonMobil is good.

      Cons

      Work stress is substantial. Learning is very informal and it's hard to get help when you need it. People are perpetually busy, and the atmosphere is very cold. People do not talk much apart from work.
