      Working with Exxonmobil was excellent as i gained valuable professional working experience in the field of Qaility Management.

      I discovered that angolal national still lag behind professionally speaking and affirmative action required to uplift the standard of local employees.

      Pros

      Flexible work time, young environment, opportunity to participate in projects (depends on department though), very employee friendly environment, company tries to keep employees healthy and safe.

      Cons

      You cannot decide which department you will work at. They ask you at the interview but dont take it into consideration. Same starting salary for masters degree holders as bachelor degree holders. As it is a big multinational company, you wont get the big picture. Rotations once in every 2-3 years, often preferences not taken into consideration.
