Pros

Company provides some benefits like some paid techincal and soft skills training, and some after-work events. Nice office and environment. Good focus on ergonomics (including office equipment) with in the IT world is not typical.

Cons

Changes are almost impossible to be made which has led the company to be way behind the industry standards on several lines within IT. Culture is rather rigid and very vertical. Some usual benefits that the IT branch has are not provided (like partial homeworking). Also, the recent decision of outsourcing work to India has cut off the development perspective for the IT people.
