Pros

They care about your safety, your health and ergonomics. Lot of training both technical and soft skills.

Pros

They have a very friendly workplace with direct access to all managers, you just need to walk by their desks. There are many travel opportunities and working with people across the whole globe is a unique opportunity.

Cons

There's not much cons at exxonmobil. however, their Ranking system is not an individual development plan. Instead, it's a peer against peer ranking, selecting top individuals based on their performance.
