Pros

Great working conditions, good teams and colleagues, regular team buildings and company events, several training opportunities, possibility to climb up the ladder in one field or change to different fields within the company, competent management, reasonable demands

Cons

The salaries are quite modest and the nature of tasks is fairly repetitive. Fluctuation within the company is quite high, one often gets to work with newcomers.

Pros

Good starting point as a fresh grad, very easy to get hired, good starting salary, and you also get very good and marketable professional experience. Generally stable processes and realistic expectations about the workload.

Cons

Low salaries at the individual contributor level, few career opportunities, unusual office culture. Relevant experience from other companies is usually not given much consideration by management.
