Pros

good benefit, easy life, caring company culture, okay level of travels, good work life balance. Great training ground for a new graduate.

Cons

slow, extremely conservative. Place huge emphasis on safety and controls, pretty much un-flexible, even in front line (such as sales and marketing) functions...

Pros

ergo brakes and special attention to employees' health, good social commitments, very good in-company trainings, free language courses after 6 months, facilities for sport activities, very good office environment..

Cons

too much phone calls plus accounting work, month-end tough, many times you need to wait for your collegaues to receive answers to customers' problems, many times you can't help directly to the customer, you're just the postman between the internal offices and the customer.
