High safety standard Good benefits, salary and bonuses.

Cons

Culture would have to improve to ensure that young technician can learn on the job with guidance provided by the seniors instead of having blind expectations for someone new. Eliminate the rank system which can be biased Team spirit and more team bonding session is required. Standardization across sites

The salary is relatively good compared to the work effort. There is hardly any overtime needed, which makes it an attractive workplace for people with family.

Cons

There is little room for moving up the ladder. The tasks are not very motivating and people can get bored fast.
