      Stable company with relatively good work/life balance, but lack of fast career development

      Pros

      A giant in the industry. If you prefer/accept a stable work with steady but a bit slow promotion, this is a good choice, especially for women. But of course, if you are very high-potential talent that company cherish, opportunies including oversea assignment shall come. BTW, company focus a lot on safety.

      Cons

      For young people to pursue fast growth, the company cannot offer many opportunities. Rotation can let young people expose to different job scenarios, but on the countrary, it will let you not "experienced" in any area. Compensation is so-so.

      Company is structured in best way. Has lot of growth potential both for company and employees. Employees are proud and satisfied with the company. It has different business areas which are complimentary to each other, which in turn has scope for high return. It is real giant...

      Cons

      It is too much American way at work. Perhaps need to understand people potential from multicultural dimension and promote them be be good performers.

      Vast experience in Oil sector, New projects always implemented and always looking to improve Production quality and supply. Implementation of OIMS and ISO Standards.

      Cons

      Time line for the projects is highly observed by the higher authorities and must complete the project on time. Always be active for the audits and must comply procedures and certifications.
