Pros

The management is great and the pay is competitive. They really know how to treat their employees. It is a company that has great benefits.

Cons

There really aren't any downsides to working from this company. The hardest part is working the 12 hour shift work

Pros

First class job in recruiting so you work with very good people. The work is intense and challenging. Excellent benefits including company match and retirement (if you can make it). Safety culture is, without question, best in class.

Cons

Incredible amount of corporate BS. Good Ole Boy network is strong. Doing a god job is not enough to get promoted. Forced ranking and pay structure is a disgrace and everyone eventually falls below the line. Management likes to build silos so there is no lateral opportunities among divisions. No mercy for employees during the myriad of restructurings.
