Pros
Decent pay and benefits. They take safety seriously, maybe too serious
Cons
Most management are not natural leaders and not qualified to "manage" their areas. The performance ranking system is skewed towards managers, individual contributors are mostly ranked in the bottom, especially when older. The culture is cut throat, there is little collaboration or help from others because everyone is watching out for themselves.
