Pros

Very competitive and rigid, if you like that. Great pay & benefits.

Cons

Terrible culture. One example; Employees found out that 401k’s matches were cut via online articles instead of from supervisors or even a company email. Just one instance of terrible management. People will do whatever they can to get ahead, including throwing others under the bus. Actually, there were plenty of people now in supervisory positions who climbed their way to the top by whatever means possible. Strict ranking system discourage helping peers and folks aren’t as likely to help unless they get some credit. All in all, terrible work environment. Most people I know who still work there are looking into leaving, which says a lot considering their salary/benefits/etc. very political and a lot of snakes in the grass that you need to constantly be on watch for.

Pros

Pension, good 401k (currently match taken away), stable job without worry of being sold off.

Cons

Pay trails behind some competitors. Mobility in the company really relies on kissing enough a**. Management is constantly shifting every few years so they don’t feel bad taking everything from you.

Pros

Talented coworkers; ability to work on interesting global projects

Cons

You are just a number; toxic competition for work; all considerations for COVID were just theater (work gets done at work); arrogance off the charts across the organization; long-term strategy is more or less to be reactive; fake commitment to innovation for PR purposes only; compensation and benefits lower than other companies
