      Pros

      Flexible schedule which could accommodate students and mothers looking for part time. Clean working environment and easy to learn skills. You don't need to be licensed and training is provided and paid for. You could grow fast in the company if you could put full time hours.

      Cons

      It is a corporate job, so the pay is based on experience so if you don't have enough experience the pay might be challenging but better than other places. You could always negotiate your pay rate.During peak season and end of the year it gets busy and might get stressful but nothing crazy and you have other team members to help out
