The structure is a mess. Little to no training. The managers almost seem like they want to set you up for failure.

Management is horrible. Employees are rude to other employees and when you complain about it you become the problem, not them, but they claim to be a non retaliation company. Management also does not stick to their promises. Getting a raise is pretty much out of the question, they would rather let you go. It does not matter how long you have worked for this company in regards to transfers, trying to move up and hours. They are constantly hiring people with no experience instead of moving up their employees, giving raises or guaranteeing hours.
