      Pros

      CEO is down to earth, philanthropic, kind and humble. Pay is good. Benefits are good. Patients are not bullied. Value is great. All great reasons to love what this company stands for.

      Cons

      I don't care for the retail side of things sometimes. I don't care for the nit-picking that happens from upper management at times. But that is mostly because I am more on the philanthropic side of the fence compared to the maximizing dollar side of the fence. As Reade has demonstrated, loving and respecting people can build a company way faster than stepping on people, both patients and staff.

      The structure is a mess. Little to no training. The managers almost seem like they want to set you up for failure.
