Pros

Regular communication with District Manager, Regional Manager and VP all leave me very excited at the direction of this company. They go out of their way to make sure the stores run very well and not at the expense of the sales team.

Cons

At the end of the day Eyeglass World is a budget company witch does limit some things but the field management does very well with what we have to work with.

Good Hours, Enjoyable Tasks, Other Staff Members Were Great

Cons

Aren't great at making sure you are trained before you start fitting people for glasses, Insists on having a Saturday morning meeting EVERY Saturday, you are required to go even if you aren't working that Saturday. And truly, we learn absolutely nothing at the meeting, it is completely useless.
