None a truly terrible company don't waste your time on this failing company. Low pay retail hours work on holidays and weekends.

Low pay, retail hours, management is clueless. I was assistant mgr. and will advise against trying to work here. In 4 years I had 6 district Mgrs. That were all equally incompetent. If you have a problem with upper mgmt. you become the problem. If you have no optical experience you will be told to read a book for a week and then they call you an optician. Training is a joke. In Indiana you don't have to have a license to optician, and they take advantage of that by hiring inept employees from top to bottom and pay them astoundingly low wages. Before I quit I was reprimanded for doing my job more efficiently. Also the quality of products are terrible. I never used my annual free pair of glasses coupon, because of the horrible frame and lens quality. I went to a local private practice.
