      Pros

      This company cares for its employees and treats them well. They wholeheartedly care about work life balance and want the employees to be happy.

      Cons

      This is a small company, so they are still creating processes. This can at times make things a bit challenging, however its still a great place to work!

      I honestly love working here. It has been nothing but a positive experience. Management is supportive, and culture is accommodating. Most importantly, there is a genuine sense of growth & progress. Highly recommended.
