Benefits are good. The owner and his son are great guys who appreciate their employees.

Cons

Branch level Managers did not know how to lead employees. Would regurally hold meetings during recession and tell employees that they need to work harder, or get let go. Morale is completely horrible and in the toilet (at least in Auburn).
