Pros
Many benefit options and several free for employee. President /CEO very visible. Training program has promise. The company is trying to change problem areas.
Cons
Training program too intense. Sr management pushes down unrealistic goals and tasks to include impossible Pay For Performance goals that no branch can meet. Asst mgr and head tellers run the office but paid poorly. Pay for tellers is abysmal. Branch managers are small business officers and rarely in the office.
