One of the forgotten company in next few years.

Pros

Some nice people and free coffee. Not bad compensation.

Cons

Lack of clear strategy, direction and execution. Terrible communications, and systems. Structured with too many overlays with no clear scope or growth prospects making too much of internal politics.

Great company, great salary but lack of development ops

Pros

It is a great company, with great products and great people. Management definitely knows where the company is heading and seems to be in control of the company destiny. Salary and benefits are really, really good.

Cons

There are not many profesional or personal development opportunities, at least not in all regions. Lately there has been a lot of rotation which is always challenging when you have already get used to work with the people.
