      Excellent policies but zero job security

      Pros

      F5 is a Pro and everything is Pros. Get in with high salary and wait for layoff to strike within a month or two after joining.

      Cons

      Abrupt layoff. Time taken for job elimination is just 1 hour. No office visit. Courier team collected laptops from home. By evening you will receive service letter. All your work saved for years is gone forever with your layoff. Save everything from time to time.

      Sticky business. So, continues making money. Used to have work life balance.

      Cons

      Not sure where the company is headed. Most of the great employees either left or were laid off.
