Pros

Great work environment (office) Great pay for this area. FANTASTIC Benefits. Work life balance is better than any job I have ever had.

Cons

Culture is a little off. No growth even though advertised and talked about often. Poor/lazy work is rewarded as long as they have the 'numbers'.
