Pros

The people, we have the best team in the business. It is fun working at our arcades, thrill ride adventures, a coaster, go-kart track, 200 feet in the air or our newest Guy Fieri restaurant. Leaders that appreciate you and help you grow. Quarterly incentive bonus and many benefit perks.

Cons

We can't hire enough great Team Members to keep up with our growing company.

Like in nature a business is either green and growing or ripe and rotting. This company is green. The growth rate since I have been at this company is unbelievable. The Leadership is always looking to improve and get better. That means change. Change is not always easy but it’s always for the long term benefit.

Cons

If you want things to stay the same this is not the company for you.
