      Pros

      Pay decently. Owner Bucky is rather intelligent and seems to mean well.

      Cons

      Lying to you to get their way. They don't listen to professional advice. They just want you there as a body to give orders to. You are not permitted to use anything you make for them on your online portfolio or they will threaten to sue you.

      Pros

      Just finished a 4+ year tenure as a Head Coach for FACE and have totally enjoyed my time with them. Working for a company that takes time to develop their leaders shows that they care. Some great vision growth happening with this company.

      Cons

      If you do not to like to be on daily calls to corporate or for other items such as safety and leadership courses then this would not be the company for you
