Pros

So far, FACE has been one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working for, I've only been with them not even a full year. From the start of the interviewing process to the present day, they've been nothing short of respectful, supportive, and kind. I was somewhat thrown into a tough position and got a little in over my head. However, with support from Management, Corporate, and Team members from different states, I've been able to keep my head afloat. FACE flew me to Pigeon Forge, TN, where they booked me a hotel for a week and covered daily expenses for necessities like food and drink, all in the effort to make sure I had the foundation for success. The Opportunities that have been opened to me and the Familial care that is expressed by Management is nothing short of a breath of fresh air.

Cons

The only Cons I've noticed is that in FACE's ambitions of growth, they don't seem prepared for it. There are issues due to delayed communication or unclear instructions. Even with support, there are some basics that I've only just learned about that were not covered with me. And that they could have been more studious when it came to our local area, and it's market. Though comparable in industry, Pigeon Forge and Myrtle Beach are much different in clientele and employment.

Communication is a necessary key to becoming more focused on growth opportunities and we will raise the level of priority to address future growth.
