Cons

Communication with it's staff, extremely high expectations, they want excellence, however, they confuse that with PERFECTION.

Thanks for sharing your feedback and experience with us. In today's world, you are required to set yourself apart from other organizations. This is why we focus on the S.T.A.R (Something They Always Remember) Experience. By following guidelines and presenting the best STAR Experience to every Guest, it does require greater expectations. Our core value EXCELLENCE, Pursuing Your Personal Best, can be challenging, but very rewarding when you put forth your best every day. Thank you for the time you shared with us, and we wish you the best in all your future plans.

Pros

Cons

The same as every other massive company that has a few flaws here and there but it’s who you have in place to fix them in a timely manner that’s important

Thanks so much for your feedback. It's imperative to our company and success, that we provide a workplace with the best pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth. A large percentage of our locations are managed by team members that have started out as a team member, and then promoted rapidly to Assistant or General Managers in some cases. We strongly believe that when new positions open, you must first look at your current staff to see who may be eligible and trained to move into a new role.

Thank you for your feedback. The Branson Coaster, along with every other employer has the same problem of recruiting team members. We offer excellent pay and benefits, but unfortunately, that does not motivate everyone to show up for work. We continue to offer incentives and increased pay rates to help in recruiting, and to supplement for the type of environment that an outdoor attraction has. When we are able to have a full staff, there are no issues of scheduling or working hours. We apologize for your poor experience, but wish you the best with future employers.
