Unfortunately the company was a good choice many years ago.

Cons

The company is going through a lot of changes and restructurations. Nobody is taking time for a proper training anymore, you have to learn by yourself with the time. The mangers have absolute no people skills , they are analyzing your performance on feelings, if they like you than you will receive good reviews
