- Disengaged and careless management - Lack of regard for safety of employees - Forced overtime without any thought to employee’s personal lives - Co-workers are toxic, especially if you’re a woman so beware. They will cut your throat any chance they get - Lack of training. Would not advise working here unless you already have experience with robotics, they won’t train you and will expect you to do advanced tasks - No flexibility in work hours - Vacation time is nothing at all comparatively to other companies - Old school mindsets - No diversity
