Great starting pay. Nice people to work with. Easy to move between groups. Whoever stays the longest will usually get promoted.

Cons

Management promotes the wrong people to higher levels that are not qualified for the job. Training is inadequate. Constant blame game within groups.

Exciting product line, exposure and means to become fluent in many technologies within robotic automation and supporting. Experience was so positive I continue to sell FANUC as a Authorized Systems Integrator.

Cons

bottom line is number of robots sold at very aggressive growth rate.
