Pros
Fanuc internally has a lot of groups and depts which you can network and move into if you want to explore other career paths in a short amount of time.
Cons
There's little formal training provided and its expected you adapt and are malleable to a variety of situations, even those you arent prepared for. Internally there are so many inefficiences in how their business is run. Everyone complains about it but the executive staff and upper level managers are unconcerned. A lot of finger pointing and blame games. You'll have to be politically savvy to remain there long.
